| 02/27/2012 | 6:00PM | SPIN #9 will host a meeting to discuss proposed renovations to the Timarron Country Club located at 1400 Byron Nelson Parkway. Timarron Country Club is proposing to alter the interior spaces of the clubhouse and add a small covered terrace and lawn space on the back side of the existing clubhouse (west southwest facade), facing the residents of Regency Court and Kensington Court. | 9 |
| 02/27/2012 | 7:00PM | SPIN #9 will host a city-wide meeting to discuss proposed site plan revisions for White's Chapel United Methodist Church located at 185 South White Chapel Boulevard. The proposed revisions include the construction of an 18,936 sq. ft. administration building on the north east corner of the property, the removal of 4,127 sq. ft. of an existing building along White Chapel and the addition of a 7,235 sq. ft. fellowship building. In addition, the site plan revisions include the addition of a 35,980 fellowship hall on the east side of the existing building and the addition of a columbarium west of the sanctuary. | 9 |
