Due to the outstanding school districts in Southlake and surrounding cities, as well as master-planned communities full of amenities, Southlake has become a destination for executive family-oriented living in the DFW region. The Residential Relocation Report (pdf) summarizes data for all the major subdivisions in the City (e.g. averages for sales prices, home values, lot sizes) and also includes school district boundaries and links, a summary of available day care, and hotels in the region.
