Warrant Information
You may have received a warrant for your arrest if you failed to appear within 20 business days from the date of the violation or to a court date. If you have a warrant for your arrest it may be cleared immediately upon receipt of cash or surety payment in full. No requests for dismissals, deferred disposition or driver's safety course will be processed at the window or by mail. You may choose to post a bond and schedule a court date to speak with the Judge. If you would like to pay with jail time, you may turn yourself in at the Southlake DPS West facility; the Judge will determine how much credit you will receive per day. This may or may not be granted.

CLEARING AN ACTIVE WARRANT
To clear a warrant (in person), submit payment in full to the Court during business hours. By mail, send a check or money order for the entire amount due.
- CHECKS should be made payable to: City of Southlake.
- During business hours, the Court accepts MasterCard, Visa, Discover, personal & cashier's checks, money orders, and cash.
Simply mailing full payment will clear the warrant, but may also result in a conviction of the offense/offenses. If you do not desire for the case to close as a conviction upon payment, request that your payment be accepted as a bond, and request a court date.
If you have already entered a plea, setting a court date may not be an option. Ask a court clerk for more information. 817-748-8188.

Those arrested on Southlake warrants by officers of city other than Southlake may be taken to that city's jail facility, and then possibly transferred to Keller Jail.
- During business hours, payment to secure a defendant's release should be made at the Court office.
- After hours, payment can be made directly to Keller Jail.
