Who We Are:
Southlake Municipal Court is a Court of Record that conducts hearings and trials, issues warrants, collects fines, and reports convictions for offenses occuring within the City of Southlake.
Our Goal:
The information contained on this Court Website is to help you fully understand Court proceedings and inform you of your rights and duties as a defendant so that you may be assured a fair and impartial trial.

Directions:
- From State Hwy. 114: take the Carroll exit south for 1 block. Turn left onto Division Street. Park at the corner of Division and State Street. Enter the Court office at the ground level.
- From Southlake Blvd.: Take the North Carroll Ave. north to Division. Turn right on Division and drive one block to the corner of Division and State Street. Enter the Court office at the ground level.
Parking
Parking is provided along Division Street and State Street. Overflow parking is located at the Parking Garage located south
For a Scheduled Court Appearance
Enter the Department of Public Safety Building at the corner of Division and State Street.
Take the exterior staircase to the 2nd floor of the Department of Public Safety Building, then the elevator or staircase to the 3rd Floor Courtroom.
Wheelchair Access
Access to an elevator is located at the corner of State and Division, on the ground level.
