Q: I need a new recycling container.
A: Contact the Southlake Utility Billing Department located at 1400 Main Street, Suite 200, 817-748-8051. One container is issued free-of-charge to residents. Additional bins may be purchase for $6 and lids for $4.
Q: I have a lot of brush and limbs that I need picked up. Does Duncan provide this service?
A: Duncan Disposal offers Southlake customers 3 free bulk waste pickups per year. As part of this service, Duncan Disposal will take away up to 4 cubic yards of unbundled brush and limbs at no additional charge. Four cubic yards is about twice the size of a standard sized office desk. If you have more brush that needs to be disposed of the options are:
- Bundle the brush into lengths of no more than four feet and no more than fifty pounds in weight. The pickup of bundled brush will not incur additional charges.
- Place the unbundled brush at the curb and pay for removal. The removal fee of unbundled brush in excess of 4 cubic yards is $110 per hour with a 30 minute minimum.
- To arrange for a bulk pickup of unbundled brush, please phone Duncan Disposal at 817-317-2424.
